They’re accompanied by ginger, tarragon and orris. The same fabulous gin, inspired by the same great east end of London as you’ve enjoyed before. The brainchild of Stephen Marsh, Pinkster is made with delicious raspberries which are steeped in the gin, lending it both its pink hue and subtle fruitiness.
