The Festival Collection “Yuzu and Szechuan Pepper”

Hoxton Gin got a makeover! A revamped version of the original gin, renamed Grapefruit & Coconut, putting more emphasis on the somewhat unusual star botanicals. They're accompanied by ginger, tarragon and orris. The same fabulous gin, inspired by the same great east end of London as you've enjoyed before. This one will certainly be hard to miss on the back of any bar.

First launched in July 2013, 5 botanicals are used to create Pinkster (the "Agreeably British Gin"). The brainchild of Stephen Marsh, Pinkster is made with delicious raspberries which are steeped in the gin, lending it both its pink hue and subtle fruitiness. Those raspberries don't just go in the bin afterwards - goodness, no! Those gin-soaked little rascals go on to make Pinkster's Boozy Berries and Gin Jam!
